I am a mama of 2 and former tax credit administrator turned Holistic Doula. I’m a kinda crunchy, yoga loving, cloth-diapering, low-tox, wellness obsessed gal living in Ontario, Canada.

I’m here to change the narrative and help you navigate birth and postpartum without fear and isolation. 

As someone who has experienced very different, yet equally transformative perinatal journeys, I understand the importance of holistic support, alternative options, and education that helps you feel supported through it all. From a hospital birth mid-pandemic, to a miscarriage, and a wildly beautiful and intense home water birth, I’ve experienced an amazing first year postpartum. I’ve also felt completely overwhelmed by my mental health through a pregnancy and postpartum season that looked vastly different from what I had planned.

I am SO passionate about holistic health and wellness, and using it to take charge of your life as a parent and/or parent-to-be. The natural alternative, less waste, sustainable option is one I will always consider first and I strive to make these options less taboo and scary. I provide clients with evidence based information, prenatal wellness education, emotional support, perinatal yoga, and tailor my support to client goals. 

My mission is simple: to empower mothers to thrive in every season!
