Hey, I’m Steph and I’m so glad you’re here!

I’m a kinda crunchy, yoga loving, cloth-diapering, low-tox wellness obsessed gal living in Niagara, Ontario with my husband Justin, our sweet pup Dash and toddler Emmett – oh and we’re expecting another little boy this Fall.

I was born and raised in the GTA and although I’ve lived in multiple places, my heart tells me home is where I can live a little slower, be a bit more mindful, and be a bit more free to just live. I am a social media coordinator and virtual assistant, certified advanced Yoga Teacher, certifying Fertility Support Practitioner (aka Fertility Doula), certified Labour and Birth Doula, and certified Postpartum Doula. Truthfully, I’m a lifelong learner but I also love spending my days adventuring with my family, traveling and getting creative.

I am SO passionate about holistic health and wellness, and using it to take charge of your life as a parent and/or parent-to-be. The natural alternative, less waste, sustainable option is one I will always consider first and I strive to make these options less taboo and scary for anyone interested. I provide clients with evidence based information, holistic wellness education, emotional support, physical support, and tailor my support to clients needs and wants. My mission is simple: to empower mothers to thrive in every season!
