I'm Steph and I'm a birth and postpartum doula and yoga teacher supporting families virtually. I will be serving the Cornwall, ON area for in-home support as of January 2023.
As a wife and mother, my goal is to support women and families as they navigate all that comes with birth and babies, and ultimately help you feel confident and informed as you step into this new season of life.
